I'm not going to try to tell you how it works in the Caribbean, but here are some constants about bottom paint that I have found to be true in California:

Not even a question. ZSpar sucks compared to Trinidad, IMHO. 'Course, you'll be having the bottom cleaned 15 times a year down there, so who knows? Maybe it'll do the job. But I would never recommend...
