a true tale and true, you dont have to believe me. why do you think I am making up my intentions?? the boat is a 37 foot eggharbor, has a full length keel draws 3.5 feet so the depth is not great... |

how about a rope tied to the boat to aid in pulling yourself back up from under the water? I have some large lead weights. i read need to start with about 5 lbs and might need up to 25 lbs of weight... |

would you go in at high tide? I think so. I have 8 feet at high and 3 or 4 feet at low. the boat is off the Chesapeake bay near Hampton VA. the bottom is a mucky soft mud. I like the swim cap idea... |
