Not answering your question, but an observation, a 90* bend right out of a centrifugal bilge pump can disrupt flow dynamics dramatically.
A gentle radius in the hose could make for much improved...

Separate systems for each pump!
Check valves are notorious for causing problems, I don’t like to use them if at all possible. They foul easily, and many pumps will not have the pressure to open...
