How is there no cockpit? The deck house extends aft creating a tall coaming all around. The helm area is open like most newer aft cockpit boats, but even these have a pretty tall side protecting...

Looks like as much protection for the cockpit as most center cockpit boats (except aft).... I don't understand the criticism about safety here.
