You are not connected to wi-fi when you are connected to the radar, that is your only problem.

Please google "Windows connecting cable disconnects wi-fi" and read what it finds.

Looking at what you posted above and if I undestand what you say, you are not actually connected to any other network but the one from the radar and neither of your 3 Wi-Fi adapters have any IP...

The address you use for the UDP connection is obviously completely wrong. You say you copied it from some manual, can you point me to that manual so it can be fixed, please?
