In Australia when buying a boat, car or ? privately we can do a REVS check to ensure the boat is not stolen and is free from any encumbrance. (REVS is a Government maintained register)

Have you done a google (image) search? In Australia we would call that boat a Half Cabin boat.

If you haven't maybe do a search (image) on Half Cabin boat 20ft. See if you can identify the boat...
