No, what I meant was that you will find plenty of boats for sale where the current owner has already put lots of time and money into. I'm saying that the refit is mostly complete at the seller's...

so, if you have 5-7 years left before cruising, think about an entirely different tactic: instead of buying a cheap fixer boat that you will invest hours and hours of nights and weekends, why not...
