Yes, going to keep it super simple and connect the load out from the regulator to the house battery terminals/wire stuff I will need to take off the battery. This way I can't accidentally bypass...

Oh, commonsense is telling me that for the battery isolator switch to still work I need to connect the load out from the regulator to where the old wires from the battery went in on the battery side...
