Hard for me to say but they may just total loss the boat I would think. If you can then buy it back as salvage, you might wish you got the engine going... Basically an old Renegade is not worth what...

Usually the CG or local fire dept may pump it out for you. Are you not there? If you are... rent a trash pump and get that water out. Then find the leak... If the engine got water in it you need to...
