Beneteau did it with their Lagoon 420's some time back and were burnt. Search for some details. Most of the hybrids have been converted back to diesel I believe.

I expect the Torquedo system may shock you with price although if it works as in the film it would be great.

That's why they have a Gunboat as a demo so you won't be worried about price...
