The insurance company quite rightly wrote that boat off with severe damage.

If you want something that will survive that sort of treatment I think you need to look at aluminium hulls, probably...

Good luck with that, but designers aren't going to devote that sort of space to the heads when it can be used elsewhere to make the saloon bigger, particularly on smaller yachts.
