Did you add the directory to the unzipped folder in Options/Charts/ChartFiles?

Those appear to be the 2005 version. Try this for the 2015 version:

The latest version I have is 2015, 30,401 Files, 1,710 Folders. 20150505.EXD

But some detailed areas in Asia have been removed compared with the 2007 version.
