Once placed in the Layers folder the .gpx files cannot be changed from within OpenCPN. But since they probably also reside somewhere in the computer the file can be imported to the Route and Mark...

Hi again Don,

Here's an approach that you might find useful. I do this for the hundreds of anchorages I've compiled in countries in SE Asia.

Using the .gpx Editor program...
