I would venture that 99% of them have class A equipment and high db ants.

Do not get hung up. If this is important for you, ask at source, avoid 'probablies'. If they store something, who and how can ask the data? How much time does it take, and what is the procedure?

Privately operated, non-govt, commercial service. Never forget Iridium attitude in Niņa story.

The service has been around for at least ten years now btw. Or so it seems....
