LOL. That was probably the same year that there was so much ice on the Bridge of Lions that the city in its wisdom dumped sand on it. The sand got stuck in the gears rendering the bridge inoperable....

Not really. You would have to have a wind direction suitable for a reach and even then the trees would ruin most of it. You would have to go to St. Augustine or Daytona to get outside.

My ex told me that she spent a fair amount of time living at the shrimp boat docks in Key West aboard her 35' yawl.
She said it was not unusual for her to be down below and hear a shrimper come by...
