Also you can use a sheet of paper gasket with the good thicknes and make a new one , i made some gaskets for my heat exchanger and no leaks until now, any NAPA around?? |

Loose the belt at the alternator and pump, grab the pulley at water pump and shake it , do you feel play?? if yes the pump is toasted, if you dismatle the bolts holding the pump the coolant is gone,... |

In the base of the header tank cap there is a small hose to allow for expansion coolant run to a small plastic tank and when cold coolant back to header tank i guess, do you see any leak there? |
