Re: Silly idea - mylar balloons as safety gear?
Buoyancy - Hydrogen and Helium will cause the balloon to rise above the victim/vessel - helping with visibility and being able to reflect radar. Air would work if heated of course. |

Hydrogen would be better than Helium; both are tricky to store but hydrogen is plentiful! |
