PA and ALM both have nice liveaboard communities....

PA and ALM both have nice liveaboard communities. Mears has a policy against living aboard. I'm not aware of any sneakaboards or "frequent users" there either.

Even the marinas that allow liveaboards are low key about it. Many would rather see you (and your boat) before committing to an agreement. Houseboats cause the greatest concern.
