I implied they were in close proximity to the ship where they had no business to be. The armed men providing protection from piracy had zero interest in non threaten fishing boats. They most likely...

Sure--- and I suppose they used shooters trained as snipers, using 50 caliber sniper rifles good for a kill at up to 2000 yards. Sure, right on! And of course the shipper admitted making a mistake...
