Check again, Nick. What you "found" on Amazon is a Telfa pad. A non-stick pad. It is not at all the same as the vaseline-impregnated Klinitulle pads you were talking about.

The Klinitulle package seems to translate it as both a parafffin (US = wax) and vaseline (US = brand name of petroleum jelly) impregnated compress. Here the standard are plain 4x4" or 6x6" gauze...
