If you are a chemical engineer, then maybe you could explain to the good people here the mechanism which produces sudden loss of freeze protection if you dilute polypropylene glycol "even a little". ... |

Sure, but just because the outside air temperature momentarily reaches a certain level doesn't mean the temperature in your bilge will ever reach anywhere near that temperature. I just came back... |
