Frankly I don't care for this one's interior. It's apparent what the design references... but it almost has the look of a copy and paste design using old design elements... Of course well crafted...

Let me off some comments. First thanks to Polux for presenting all these new boat designs. I don't see them on the water where I now sail in Southern NE... don't go to boat shows or read mags...

It can bean clean and teak.... I have no problem with modern design as long as it's functional... the wood species does not matter.

Pogo 40 doesn't look the least bit like a cruising boat below decks. I don't care how fast it sails... not my idea of a cruising cabin...

Unciv makes some excellent points... a typical cruiser is plenty to deal with and stepping up to a racing platform is a as he says not only expensive but usually means specially designed boats......

greg.... sounds too fiddly for the average cruiser... and more like a racer. But matters not to me.... as I am not in the market for a new boat.

The laws of fluid dynamics do not change... only approaches to optimizing a design to deal with them.

Most of the modern designs seem to be driven by new aesthetics and accommodation ideas... And...
