Hi Jim,

Galvanic corrosion damage to the boot, bolts, pins. It was possible to repair, however the legacy design made rudder drop process a bit more complected - everything should come down and...

Yep, exploring this option now. casting for one item is very costly because it is all based on time and material for mould creation. It seems CNC this part will result in a lot of waist but the end...
