That tiny little picture shows us nothing. I recommend you use a "built for purpose" unit.

I looked at your stuffing box drip and I think it's just fine. The best way to tell though is to take its temperature.

I really am on the side of those who feel that you are going to have to bite...

I see what you mean but its just too hard to tell from here. Same as the misalignment I thought I saw of the shaft and the stern tube.

Two cutlass bearings on the same shaft is just asking for...

When I looked at the video I thought that I could see a shaft misalignment. Could be the video, could be my eyes, could be astigmatism, but it looked to me like the engine is shifted a bit to port....
