As a note, 4200 is not just fast-cure 5200. 4200 is much more removable. |

You can definitely get a 120v compressor that'll suffice for spraying. One of the 30 gallon units should work decently, most will push somewhere in the 5 - 6 scfm range. They exist in cheap / loud... |

I'm coming up with 1.333 cubic feet for a 4' x 8' x 1/2" sheet, so 26.66 lbs for the bluewater 20 variant. The less strong Coosa "nautical" line comes in a 15 lb / cubic foot variant, so just about... |

If mold and wood working are concerns, why not save some weight and get out the fiberglass, foam and polyester and build foam cored glass panels to use? Unless you want the look of wood, that might... |
