Just curious, how does that work?
- - Who do you call for a tow - say from a grounding? Your insurance company or ?????
- - How is the payment taken care of? You pay and then the insurance...

Some folks get both SeaTow and TowBoatUS mainly because both outfits are basically "franchise" and the availability in a particular are fluctuates over time.

I think you got the discount deal - I was towed from the anchorage in Baltimore harbor to the local boatyard, about 1/4 nm and the bill came to $800 - and that was 10 years ago. Luckily I have...
