Interesting you should ask that. Osmosea has been helpful, and has sent me 2 new intensifiers, as well as other parts to try to sort the problem. But it has been very frustrating, and I have stripped...

How often do you use the flush cycle?
Do you live aboard and use most days, do you use every week or so and flush in between use, or do...

Technically, I think the issue is something to do with the seals around the piston shaft, or the seals around the pistons.

If I lubricate the seals with a little silicon grease, or marine...

We have sailed halfway around the world, and are getting pretty frustrated with our Italian watermaker.

We have a 2019 Osmosea Energy Recovery watermaker.
It makes 60LPH for around 24amps (12v),...
