Not true. There’s no such thing. Get a class B+ if you’re keen or in extremely busy shipping area, otherwise just class B. They can’t “not monitor” you. They can ignore you, but that’s... |

Well, perhaps not. Kids can’t stand watch until they prove themselves responsible enough. Some disabilities prevent proper watch standing too, due to fatigue or other issues. My wife makes great... |

I think I'd trust an unmanned vessel to manage to avoid me somehow, rather than a freighter who's supposed to have someone on watch but doesn't... |
