I think you are right. The quality depend on the management system and supervision. I build ships in Indonesia which had a equal or better quality then in Germany or Sweden.

My 42 foot Crowther catamaran no. 226 is for sale. Price is 230 000 $US. The boat is build to German Lloyd class. I think the boat is too cheap.
