I had a good welder weld white metal which I was told wasn't weldable. The guy had a refrigerator full of different rods and a welder as a big as the reefer.
He was retired from the Navy Yard. ...

You may be amazed at what a good machinist can come up with. Maybe repair what you have or fabricating something not cast Just a thought. Best of luck.

Have you gone to a local machine shop and see what they may be able to fabricate or repair?
