Of course, if in the Bahamas and no major stop is needed, then could hit Bermuda, head North, and continue.

Yes. The Far North Route. I would like to hit the Azores, but that would make it a tough slog back North to get in to the Baltic. The plan would be to stay north and bump in to the UK, if softly.
