I saw a mention of no outboard and inboard engines. I assume draining them prior to travel might suffice.

May I ask if you have ever had success with a particular ferry line?

Thank you Boatman,

It would be logical, but I have run into strange rules with the ferries so far. In the previous case involving a dog.

The ferry sites are generally great on price assessment...

Trailer and dinghy on a ferry?

I am considering bringing a 15.5 foot dinghy on a trailer fro Plymouth to Bilbao or Santander Spain.

Can I tow a sailing dinghy on a ferry?

Anyone done this?
