The PO of my boat connected the drain from the ice box to the manual bilge pump and isolated that branch with a manual shut off valve. The surveyor was mildly impressed.

I bought a Whirlpool bar fridge big enough to cool a home brew keg (26"tall). Then I drilled a hole in the door to mount a beer tap. :smitten:
