Valid question, from the description (taking water but capsized later) it seems the keel didn't come off immediately but it should be definitely off - otherwise the boat would right itself. |

Indeed, insurance takes its tax, but insurance companies tend to reduce the risks involved, e.g. ask for surveys, give discounts for trained skippers, etc. Besides, a good policy covers things you... |
