Did Walker bay customer service ever asked you to provide notarized legal document as proof of ownership?

You're lucky, they asked me for notarized legal document (whatever they meant by that, cuz they didn't accept amazon invoice and picture of the hull number and $45) in order to issue duplicate...

Mine was all PVC. $351 shipped with tax. Do I need any special sun block for tubes, like 303 aerospace protectant or is it bad for PVC because contains silicone?
