Yes, the pickings are slim for boats of this variety. And yeah, for $15500 it should at least have a working heater and workable rigging for the next couple of months. C26 is my last pick for boats...

Thank you, I couldn't agree more. Being in no rush to buy an expensive headache I think I will avoid this, can't really see dealing with deceivers going well.
