To quote from the video ... 2 (UK) tons (4480lbs) of water in 7-8 minutes ... doing the calculation ~= 4000GPH (US).

So even if the quoted figures are a bit approximate, what you see in the video...

I just want to point out that 20A at 12V is 240W, and nowhere near 1.6HP.
