It's common practice to open the side of a "steel" build to change an engine, in my +30 years practice I have never seen this done to a GRP boat.

I am a, retired, marine engineer. If you're seriously considering buying this cat then you need to invest in a survey done by a GRP specialized marine engineer, believe me that this not come for free.
