The old AGM batteries
LFP is made but not installed

Need a cable to reprogramme the victron multiplus
And a couple of battery cables cut and new lugs put on
The sparky who has that gear it is...

We currently have a failing battery bank AND rainy weather
2500 watts if solar covers us during the day if some sun gets through but at night the low battery alarm is going off every couple of hours...

Assuming you run your main engines for a length of time daily.
We don't, often a week between starts



Or you can get the genset head unit repaired or replaced.

Ok


Except you are now using 2 engines vs 1 genset
Twice the maintenance and using double the fuel




He already has one onboard

We gave 2.2 kW (9 x 250w) of solar on a roof unaffected by sail shade.
Still need genset on days with little to no sun.



2nd hand with 9.5 years left of a 10 year warranty 250watt Jinko...
