Using the correct tinned 105 degree boat cable and closed lugs with adhesive heat shrink the wire will not corrode. I have being doing this for years and have not seen corrosion on a properly made... |

Each strand of boat cable (Ancor or similar) is tinned and will not corrode easily. Each properly crimped lug should be covered in adhesive heat shrink. The wire will not corrode if this is done.... |

Not sure what you mean by "S/o" cable? Tinned marine wire such as Ancor is the best choice as it has little chance of corroding over time. I have never had any great issue with flexibility,... |

I agree with Bill - except I often use 2/0. Keep in mind that these cables interconnecting the batteries are a vital part of your charging system. Looking at 12 volt pairs lets say your alternator... |
