absolutely! internet, google, all the digital "stuff" - they are tools, & excellent ones at that. but one can use the very best tool to botch a job or just cut off a finger! to obtain a tiny fraction...

BlackHeron, go back to my post 92! we too started from zero at the same age, could have had the same result - BUT so can anybody! the difference lies in the attitude & the preparation, not the risk...

it is not the risk-taking I object to. it is the preparation (or the lack of it) that I find idiotic. with 26/24 not having saved more than $10.090 smacks of "instant gratification"-urge.
