Thanks for that info. I do not see how they could complain now.
Official NOAA print on demand chart dealers are selling these charts at 20 to $27 each. And they are at best 25 to 30 years old...

In the menu on the left, select Charts then vector chart display, and un check important text only. That might do it, if that was checked.

Thanks again. Solved the problem with imgkap.exe. Still some details to resolve, but we now have a hi res accurate 18465TR.kap that matches the NOAA issue of latest version in format and behavior....

I am trying to make a bsb format of a training chart for use in teaching. i have been trying KapGen, having georeferenced it with mapcal_2. Then made the header with mc2bsbh and that seems to work...
