That was good and bad news. Seems I am avoiding the cheap. easy. good and doing the hard, expensive and good method. We all search for that miracle product that is an avoidance of my hard labors

Plan on reprinting the topside. Previous owner did cheap and dirty without decent prep.
Our plan
Pressure wash,
Scrape, gouge, kneel,, sand
Wash with solvent
Paint
Do we need to prime?
