I looked through the Polars. With 12 knots TWS and 60 TWA here is the (rough, approximate) boatspeed data:

1. Seawind 1600 10.2 knots
2. Excess 12 8.0 knots (pulse line)
3. Excess 11 7.6 knots...

Ok, nice. I was unable to extract the data programmatically from that diagram. I think it's not drawn symmetrically or something.

Anyway, using rough manual estimates, here's what I got compared...

I was thinking that they could solve the math for me and supply me with a VPP polar diagram :smile:

Yesterday we saw the Excess 11 as well.

The interior layout and feel was surprisingly nice. While being the smallest Excess, it still felt quite spacious inside.
