you say you change engine. remove small 3/4 eblow (very careful and slow)
drill couple hole total 20mm +

second what temperature you sea when you say engine overheating. is water in engine boil...

normal working temperature is 185-200℉

i forget. you must watch exhaust if coming steam from exhaust this is sign overheat, slow down. check temperature every hour to rubber hose if over 100°C danger slows down.

remove hose.
from the hose you sea square hole. with wire try to make hole bigger from rust and salt build.
also if you can with some toll make hole bigger. but angle is not good

max rpm before engine overheat.

find somewhere wire 4-6mm and try unblock salt build .
or do you have on boat something like drain cleaner spring wire.


what i use in shop. you can because...
