I use endura braid on my mooring penant. Its 12 strand dyneema with a polyeter cover. I added a outer chafe sleeve at the chocks rated at 19,000lbs per line. it is 2 12mm lines eye spliced both...

That's prett close to what I did for my mooring...

That's prett close to what I did for my mooring penant. All eye spliced. Playing with Amsteel loops and snubber. Best would be like my mooring where Dyneema is at the chafe point and shock is over...
