they changed they GFM page, stating that their first priority is getting a new boat, changed from the priority being removing the wreck of their last boat. lying grifters the both of them.

you're absolutely right. it is very cynical. it is also realistic however, having grown up in a place where starry eyed dreamer types without a clue were everywhere they become very easy to spot.

this hits the nail right on the head. I have absolutely zero faith that they will follow through and pay to remove the wreck. they're probably already shopping for the next boat. dollars to donuts...

asking others to foot the bill to remove the wreck they caused hardly counts as taking responsibility for their actions.

totally different thing, RNLI provides a valuable service to the communityand thus there's a very good reason to donate to them. 2 clueless novices who didn't bother to get any sort of instruction...

gee I should go and uninsure my boat and do something idiotic and get the boat sunk, then I could get on the internet and beg people to buy me a new boat too.....

I'd be surprised if they even knew to replace them. stories like this really make me grateful that my keelbolts are bronze

that may be but hitting bottom slowing coming into a harbor and the keel comes off to me says that those keel bolts were toast. frankly the keel bolts failing at a harbor mouth may have saved their...
