friend related story of mooring in yelapa and as he ate watching boat AND MOORING attempt premature exit from bay. oops. as there is essentially no bottom in most of yelapas bay,...

i donot have a pic, but i had the abject proof with stuff growing on my one only flukita of my 30 kg bruce when we raised it for marina time, a couple of years ago in barra lagoon.... ...

fort jefferson , opb, we dragged for all 5 days there... slight breeze..we flew.. pulled up anchor.. had some old drift net on the cqr-- cut it away and i kept the net for use in my boat as...

thunderstorms get 150 ft chain.
min 120. sometimes second anchor or a kellet, depending on area.
