I suggest test the link 10 directly and aisolate it from the present cables .Could be that the link 10 is consuming high energy or have a wrong reading .

welcome Scrimma . I had the same problem . My solution was .-start the engine and check the alternator output .-Check the battery terminals ,with and without the alternator.- All this readings were...
