Well one could split the boat, e.g., if it is a catamaran, designate one hull to each partner and split the salon as common space; albeit a monohull that may be harder, fore and aft perhaps. :wink:...

When an LLC's operating agreement does not provide for specific governance issues then the laws of the State with which the LLC / partnerSHIP is formed will operate. Now not sure about the laws...
